WHat is a sleep stay?

The Shoreline Sleep Stay is designed for guests who want deeper rest and a slower pace. Every element - from light exposure to evening rituals - has been considered to support better sleep and gentle waking.

Your stay includes:

  • A seafront apartment at Shoreline, just steps from the sea

  • Twilight and morning beach spa sessions at Sea Scrub Saunas

  • A curated in-property sleep hamper

  • A gentle, unhurried itinerary aligned with natural sleep rhythms

Day One — Arrive & Unwind (Night 1)

Check in at Shoreline and settle in. Take a few minutes on the balcony / terrace and let your nervous system catch up with the sea air.

A gentle wander: Folkestone Harbour Arm and the Old High Street (easy pace, no big plans).

5:30pm
Return to Shoreline for a calm pre-spa reset (shower, change, hydrate).
